Approximate Purchase Date: the sooner the better

Budget Range: 500$ to 700$ (less is better)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: web surfing (videos), watching/editing/converting movies, gaming

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, Wifi card, sound card, Already have 2 500GB WD HDDs, UPS

DVD burner, at least 4 sata for dvd burner and 3 HDDs, front plugs for headset with mik, 2 pci for sound and wifi cards

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: I don't think so.

Monitor Resolution: 1360x768 (able to do 1920x1080 for later)

Additional Comments: I'd like a reliable PC with easy to install hardware in both windows and linux.

P.S. Is there a way to prevent dust from getting into the PC?

To be honest. Since of its a budget you can switch to an AMD FX 6300 CPU which will do around the same performance and you can get a more beefy GPU.
