I know that the PS4's hardware is gonna be 50% more fps than the XBOX one and a future proof memory interface with HuMa that will last about a decade. But the problem with it is the API it uses. OpenGL is significantly slower than DX. Does the PS4 really have an advantage here?

Solution
OpenGL is significantly faster than DirectX; it just became a pain in the arse to program in later versions and was made slower in Windows Vista (and later) Microsoft Operating Systems.

Your other comments are a bit weird, hUMA (not HuMa) is not a future proof interface, it may 'work for' a decade, but both the Xbox ONE and Playstation 4 are obsolete out of the box by PC standards.
