I purchased an ADSL wired modem: TP-Link 8840T, which has the option to connect 4 computers.
I do a lot of online gaming on FIFA 13 and have experienced a frustrating problem. The modem keeps resetting for no reason whatsoever, and it results in loss of all the points that I earn. I never had this problem on my previous modem which died recently.
Also, the in-game firewall status shows either 'Moderate' or 'Restricted'. While members on the fifa forum say that it should show as 'Open'.
I read some information on the internet regarding opening of ports, but I couldn't find any information completely relevant to my problem.
Please help me configure my modem correctly to stop the modem from disconnecting frequently.
