Set-up
Motherboard- Gigabyte Z87-UD4H
Processor- i5-4670K
RAM- Corsair Vengence Pro 1600mhz 16GB kit
Storage- Corsair Neutron GTX 120GB
Graphics card- Gigabyte 760
PSU- Seasonic KM-X-650
Case- Corsair 500r

Right after the bios screen it goes black with an underscore line flashing at the top left. After about a minute, something like press any key to boot from disk appears on screen. Press a button and windows starts up. Is this a problem with my motherboard or just a simple bios fix?

Solution

This just happened to me today when I build a pc for some dude.

i7 3770
GA Sniper M3 1155
Kingston HyperX 16GB 2400Mhz 2x8GB kit
Coolermaster 500W PSU with Elite 3xx case
Seagate 1TB SataIII HDD
and
GA GTX650Ti Boost GPU

Sniper logo comes up and it stays for 2-3 min and then screen goes black for 5 min and then eventually win 7 boots up.

I am still looking for resolution. Bios version is F7 so hopefully I will get some results tomorrow after flashing to F9 or F10c beta.

Weird.

On GA official page says min psu required 450W, and mine is 500W.

If anyone knows wth is causing this behavior...
