I will be building desktop win 7 for mother in law and will use win 7 OEM version. I will build it at her house and she has no internet access. Will the OEM version work OK without internet access on initial build? Not worried about updates and such as she only uses it for writing letters, storing photos and working out her finances using office 2003 (office 2003 would be authorised by phone)
