Hello,

I know this has been asked for ages now and you can blame me as lazy...

But I need a new router :)

My old one (Airties RT 204) is not capable enough for wireless networking, such as when 2 laptops access the router via wireless connection, the router freaks out, one laptop cannot connect to the router, and sometimes the router resets itself, I've heard that this model in particular has some issues for resetting itself so I'm looking to change my router since I'm also an MMO player I have around 6 MBPS connection (I know it's not much but the best I can get for now), so I'm looking for a new one, but the thing is I don't want to spend too much for a monster of gaming routers, so I'm looking for a good robust one that can handle wireless connection with ease, thank you so much for your interest in advance.

And I'm truly sorry, I need to elaborate further, I need a new MODEM, so a modem + router could be a good option for me, or a single modem would do, thanks...

A new router probably won't increase coverage, although getting say a Wireless N or AC router will increase speed (may not be applicable to you if you only use a 6Mbps Internet connection). Given that your router keeps resetting, you probably need a new router anyway (you could make sure the firmware is up to date and test that for a while though).

There are various articles on the Internet which may help if you are into online gaming in a big way....
