Bought a Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive from CCLOnline.

They put the bag containing the HDD inside their own cardboard box and foam etc. But I was surprised to see that the drive itself had no real packaging of its own.

Anything to be concerned about? I guess if it works then it works but just wondering...

It's very common to get a new hard drive that only comes in an antistatic bag if you buy it online. You probably expected it to come in a fancy box. That's actually a pretty rare thing unless you physically go to a store and buy it like that. Every time I've bought a hard drive online it has almost always came in an antistatic bag or a clear plastic case. A few times that I've bought a used hard drive from ebay it has came with neither of those but wrapped tightly in bubble wrap.
