Okay so i got myself a 7950 crossfire recently and i've had a few problems with it.
Here's my setup

Core i5-2310 clocked @ 2.90 quad cooled by h100i
8gb ram clocked @ 1333MHz
asus p8z77v-lx
xfx pro850 watt powersupply
7950 crossfire clocked @ 925MHz each ( 16x 4x setup)

So the problems i've had with it is mainly the games its been able to play with.
So sometimes i'm able to play games in crossfire like crysis 3 and it'll be super smooth, but when i try to play tomb raider, it wont even play in crossfire. When i also try to play witcher 2 in crossfire, it just freezes on me, can anybody tell me whats wrong. Also is my CPU holding back my GPU's.

Any help appreciated.

The i5 istn botleneking anything, crossfire/sli is an unstable process, it may perform well in other games, but no so much in others.
For example you may see a performance increse in crysys by 50%, but only 10% in another game.
Now the fact that its not even working, may be some driver issues, im not to familiar with Catalyst so i cant say for sure.
One thing i garrantee you, the i5 isnt botlenecking, its a good cpu.
