Front panel cooler connection

Hi again guys,

So I finally got a new pc case (Cooltek S1). Among others, it has a 120mm front led cooler. but the connection is really strange and I don't know where should I connect them nor what type of jack is it:

I have a AM3+ mobo, MSI970A-G43 and a Sirtec 500 HP supply. I really don't know where to connect those two cables, can you guys help?

I'm currently at work but I will update this thread with some pics when I get back home, I connected a 3pin fan cable coming from the front panel to the mobo and the cooler's LED lights turned on, but they're lit at a standby-like level, not full brightness. The PSU is turned off and not even connected to the power cord so I found it strange the front cooler's LED lights just turned on like that :) There's also a molex cable coming from the front panel, I'm not sure what it connects but I'll try and see.

Anyway, I'll be back with updated pics.
