Please help me build a system to be used primarily for Plex and some gaming. Appreciate all the help! Details below. Thanks! =)

Parts and Price Source

System Use
- Streaming Plex around the home 3 - 4 users
- Some gaming (DoTA, SimCity, not really a hardcore gamer)
- Media and File storage
- Will run mostly 24/7 (FYI. I live in a tropic country)

Parts Needed
- CPU (I imagine this should be the 4770k since Plex is quite CPU intensive)
- Motherboard (built-in audio and LAN okay)
- Memory
- Graphics Card
- Storage (an SSD and the 4TB drive. Feel free to replace SSD if overkill for system use specified)
- Case
- Power Supply

Budget: 50,000 - 60,0000 based on source provided above. A little above is okay.
