Hello there, my laptop is Dell N4010 running Windows 7 x86 Ultimate.

My problem is every time i download something, my network connection always drops to limited access every 3 minutes. but if i diagnose the problem, the network connection comes back to normal so my computer can't diagnose the problem. That doesn't work for a long time, because the problem come up all over again

i tried to reinstall the OS, it doesn't working. (so my laptop is a fresh install)

this is the result of ipconfig /all:
