which gfx card would be the best?

these are my pc specs=PROCESSOR=DUAL CORE E5700

HARD DISK=250 GB SEAGATE

PSU=400W

GPU=palit nvidia geforce 210

MOTHERBOARD=INTEL DG41WV(PCI-E 1.1X16)

MONITOR=DELL E1709W

OS=WIN7 32bit

RAM=2 GB DDR3

i want to play games like assassins creed 3 at 1440x900 all settings at low .plz suggest a gfx card.in india at 5600 rupees.(88 dollars usd)

The HD7770 would be a nice choice for you, if you're willing to pay a little bit over yor budget (100$ US).

If not, there's always something like a 7750 DDR5 card that would probly be more into the price range you quoted.

but my pc mobo is pcie 1.1 and amd pcie3.0 gfx cards dont work on 1.1 mobo

Everything should be backwards compatible. You should be able to run the 3.0 card in the 1.1 slot.
