Please see my build below. I mostly play Minecraft, though I do dabble in more intensive games like Skyrim and I'd like to be able to pick up occasional new titles without bogging my system down completely. Right now, I can run a 128x128 texture pack in Minecraft on a 24" 1920x1200 screen and play Skyrim on Ultra with no issues. I would like, though, to upgrade to a 27" monitor at some point. One that has a 1440p resolution. I know this is going to require a horse of a system in a sense. Where do I begin, if at all, with upgrades? I am not opposed to moving away from my current mATX configuration.
Budget is enough to get the job done. I don't need a Titan where another card will do the job. etc, etc.
