New harddrives failing? BBRRRRRHHHHH sound on System Wakeup

So ive got 2 new Seagate harddrives (One day old) and on system wake up to day i hear this BBRRRRRHHHH sound coming from the computer. Id sent back my old drive last week for the same noise and Disk Diagnositcs had gotten stuck.
Is this my harddrives?
Or is another component?

please send me £60 then hahahahaha

ive asked else where and its been suggested that its the front fan.
As ive had this noise on my old drive before I had these new ones, it makes sense that the fan is doing something wired on Wake up :/
i was looking at SSD's before reinstalling windows and i just didnt have the money
