You can upgrade to a 7850 2GB which is the best card for 900p gamers at the moment, you can get a 2GB model for about £140ish ($200ish) which will make gaming performance much much better. You could probably play every games maxed out with this

That depends on what you want to play, what CPU you have and how much you want to spend.
For ~$80, you can get a 1GB GDDR5 HD7730 which should be a few times faster than what you have without increasing power draw much.
