Computer won't start unless I press MemOk

It started when I was playing a game, my computer shut off randomly. I restarted and continued my business. This became a more and more frequent thing, my computer would shut off when I was doing anything. This happened until a red light came on and now I can't start my computer at all unless I press the memok button. It loads up into the bios and I can get through windows through there, although since this happened its just been collecting dust in the corner. At this point I don't really know what to do. I'm assuming it's the memory. Can anyone help me out?

Run CPU-Z and look in the SPD tab - it will give the DRAM model # under part #, look at the Mainboard tab to find out the model of your mobo, and look in the Memory tab and tell us what freq and base timings are running - then I can help - the sticks prob aren't set up right is all

That's what I got from cpuz. Do you need any more info? Also I let memtest run over night and I got no errors.

Well this is odd. I could have sworn I posted a response on here Friday. I was wondering why I wasn't getting any answers.
Anyway, here is what happened, I did what you told me and when I turned on my computer the memok button was red for a second, then it turned right on. So that's a good sign right? But what did happen was before I pressed f1 to get to the bios I got a message saying overclocking failure. Also where I changed it to 9-9-9-27 it changed itself to 9-9-9-24. I haven't messed with it since because I know I could damage my computer by overclocking. So what do you guys think? I hope you haven't lost interest yet! Thanks for the patience.

The freq will be in the area under DRAM timing control (in your second image) should be able to set there to 1333 or 1600 and manually set timings, also in second image under DRAM voltage (highlighted in image) set it to 1.55 and 2 items above it, CPU/NB manual voltage set it to 1.2

That didn't seem to do much. After the restart the DRAM voltage changed back to auto. It also went back to auto where I changed it to 9-9-9-27.
Also I think I should mention that I have been getting this since the beginning.

Oh, also something that caught my eye is my DRAM read to write delay is at 220 and its red. I honestly don't know what that means, but the red has got to mean its wrong right?
