Getting the blue screen

Need help, starting up a new build, not sure why I am getting this screen. Could it be the graphics card or ram?

It basically starts up, shoots to the blue screen, then restarts over and over

Most likely the back of motherboard is shorted to the case somewhere.

Had something to do with my Windows, it got corrupted somehow while I was working on my wiring, idk how o_O

Thks for the help!
