Solution
You'll just re-use what's already there. It would be the same cooler if it had come with an i7 (unless it has a different TDP, then it might be different). You can't get laptop processors new in the box, so if you get one it won't come with much of anything.

Unlike desktop's it is not as straight forward to replace the CPU's in laptops. Plus alot of laptops are locked to the CPU that comes with it. Also very few of them come in a socket and are infact soldered to the board. These are some of the things you will need to check before getting a CPU for it.

Plus if the TDP is higher on the i7 the cooler may not be adequate.

It looks like you came with a pentium at 35w originally, most i7's are 45w, so that may be an issue, you do have a PGA CPU, so it's removable, and Toshiba isn't one of the manufacturers that do hardware locking/whitelisting too much (like HP), so you'd probably be able to get away with an upgrade, i'd just make sure you find something with a low TDP (there are low power i7's at 17-35w) and i will venture to say it should work.
