In a couple of weeks I'm getting an Envy h8-1437c. I know it runs League of Legends perfectly, but not The Witcher 3. Even with low settings the lag is too much. I don't know much about building computers and was wondering if I could get some help on what is the best upgrade. I was thinking of buying a Video Card but I'm not sure if there's gonna be a bottleneck or something.

Specific specs here:

Thank you for the help and if this is on the wrong thread please point me towards the correct one.

Have a good one

A SSD is not going to help one little bit with bottlenecks what so ever. Save your money on that and put it into a good GPU as the GT 620 is really low end as far as GPU's go.

Go for a GTX 760 or Hd 7870 or better if you can afford it.

Beyond loading the OS a SSD is not going to gain you much and for the money spent on that you can put it tords a quality GPU.

That's a good system. Is the one your getting coming with a video card or Intel graphics? If its Intel then you should get a video card.

If it has the NVIDIA card it shows on the attached doc then get an SSD and load your OS and the programs you use on the SSD and that should help with any possible bottlenecks.

It comes with the NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 but I it doesn't run some games that well, even in the lowest settings. Could an SSD fix the problem? Or is my best bet upgrading my graphics card? Also do I need to upgrade my PSU in order to put in a new graphics card?
