Hello

As stated in the topic title, I'm looking to offload my two 560ti's and move on to a 7 series. However, I don't know what card would be the biggest improvement as I'm having a hard time finding comparison charts for and SLI to single card set up. I'm leaning more towards a 760 but I'm wondering if the 770 is the better bang for my buck. I should mention that I don't use this unit for anything but gaming and homework, no video editing or anything like that.

SLI 770s will perform around 20-30% better than SLI 760s, from what I've seen and read. You might just get a single 770 and see if you even need another, it's a pretty powerful card alone. If you really just want SLI, I'd just do 760s, they're plenty powerful.

EDIT: Here's a good resource with some benchmarking between your options: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1756107/sli-760-770-780.html

Yeah, my plan is to get a single 760-770 and then down the road get another when they're cheaper and SLI them. What I'm wondering is if there is a significant difference between two 560ti's and a single 760. If there's a good site to do hardware comparisons that will account for SLI cards it would come in handy

Yeah it's gonna be nearly impossible to get a side-by-side with an older card like that, with a brand new one like the 770. From what I understand 560Ti SLI is like a single 680. And the 770 is a souped-up 680. Therefore a single 770 is quite a bit better than SLI 560Ti. As far as single 760 vs 560Ti SLI, I'm thinking the 760 would still beat out.

Ended up getting a 760, I figure I'll drop another in once the performance starts to lag. Just testing Tomb Raider and The Witcher 2, I can already see the improvement.
