No it's not a money making scheme. We have forms (templates) that staff have to fill in and to get access for different things (phone, computer systems, etc). And we need to be able to fill in a form field and have it populate down further on the form where the approval is so they cannot change the information if the pages get separated. It has never happened in the 18 years I have worked here but someone has brought up that when the approval part of the form is signed, there is no name of the applicant and they don't want them to fill it out twice, it needs to be linked to the first form field. Does this make sense???? This is Word 2003 at the moment and still needs to be done in this version.
