So I'm looking to build a new PC with an FX-6350, and I came across these two boards. I have always loved Asus with their quality and software, but I'm willing to take a chance with MSI since it is MUCH cheaper. Which of these two boards would be the best choice:

The cost will probably be the deciding factor for me, so what are your suggestions?

neither. both are 4+1 power phase design motherboards with no heatsink on the mosfets. neither will allow you to overclock and both will struggle to run a 125W cpu. if you had to take one or the other i'd get the asus just because i don't trust msi motherboards. That said you'd be better off getting a 6300 and a m5a97 r2.0

The MSI has a history of actual fires, due to overheated VRMs
Id go for the Asus, as their quality is 5x better.
