I've a Transcend 1TB Store-jet 25H3P.
When I connect it to my PC, The drives pops up in my computer. But if i double-click them, they are not opening. Windows is asking me to format them. The drives doesn't show up in Disk management, in fact the program hangs. I have four drives In my portable HDD, but one is only accessible. the other three cant be opened. And i cant even right-click on them to show the options, where i can go check for error. And if i try chkdsk command on cmd, the command prompt just hangs.
Please tell me, how to open them. I have some very important data there.
Please give me a solution ASAP
