1) I'm getting like 0.064 min vcore, max: 1.13. Is this normal? It depends on the load on the pc.

2) when my pc starts up, my cpu fan starts up for 1 second, stops for 1 second, then runs normally. Other than this hiccup there is no actual performance issues. Everything seems fine. Is this normal?

Thank you for the reply, but I've read this before but I didn't think it'd be THAT low, and my friends who have the same setups only go as low as 0.7, which is why I am concerned.

okay thanks for the assurance guys! What about #2?
