Will this work with hackintosh becuase i want to run windows for gaming and video edting and hackintosh just for xcode.
My budget is 800 dollars.

No, you need Gygabite motherboard, unless you want to program BIOS patch. I will not post a link to it because I assume- you would want it to work out of the box. Also Maverick OS will be released in late October, which will support Haswell processors. You do not want to build now- waiting would be better option.
