I echo ur6beersaway. Is the the Wifi access on your home system, or are you using a hotspot, or an office connection, or trying to connect to someone else's wifi? More details would be helpful.

If you have forgotten the administration password all you can do is factory reset the device. They are designed to prevent any form of recovery.
If you have just forgotten the password you use to establish a wireless connection. you can connect via a cable and open the admin url for your router and change the password for the ssid you defined.
