I have a budget of around 850-900$ am flexible on that budget but not much. I would prefer Intel but don't need and would prefer Nvidia but don't need. Also I need Windows 8 included in the price. I would love this to run games like BF4 and Watch Dogs on high to ultra. Thanks in advance no peripherals or monitors are needed thanks again!

7950 is the same strength, has an extra GB of VRAM, and is $40 cheaper. Get that instead...
