If it was possible, the manual would give you directions. The USB port in that is only for storage/printer use as it states. "SharePort™ Technology to share files from a USB storage device or USB Printer with other users in your home network"
You can get a USB cell modem router though, they are increasingly more common as more and more people use 3G/4G as their main internet connection.
