Hi,
This is a rather specific question ( i tried the DSFIX forum but seems like my problem aint there).

I have 2 problems with Dark souls (after installing DSFIX/ DSMFIXGUI and game companion).

First is that while my mice is working correctly with right left and wheelmouse as well as using mice for camera movement, my 4/5 mice buttons dont work (whoare are the Block and Parry buttons).

Unfortunatelly, reinstalling the game and the entire mod dint solve the problem (originally it worked, stoped working after a restart).
I checked the buttons on a webpage and they work (meaning mice iw actually working).

Anyone knows how to narrow down the issue?

Second problem i have is with choppy framerates at some locations.
This is supposed to happen in a few locations where the pathing of the AI has problems, but for me it happens a lot with dust particles (like when a big hammer hits the ground and there is a shockwave of fire/dust).

I tried this at my older PC (Q6600/4gb ddr2/560 TI) and also at my laptop (i5-2340M//8gb ddr3/ 570M) and it seems to be rather consistent in the location of the drops, thou on the laptop it seems to go smoother overall, i Assume due to the better CPU.

Anyone knows a way to improve CPU performance on a task apart from using the task manager, or lowering the particle amount on the game so that it wont get me so choppy framerates?
Its especially annoying since mostly this happens at bosses, and this game aint particulary easy in the first place.

I play this game on a newer high end desktop PC and the frames drop in certain areas like blightown and the demon ruins. They will go all the way down to 15fps on parts but other parts will stay at a solid 60fps. From what I've heard, you need a newer good intel desktop cpu for this game to run consistent because it's a bad console port. I'm running an AMD fx 8320 so I assume that's my problem. I play using an xbox 360 gamepad because I heard the keyboard mouse controls have a lot of problems even with DSFIX.
