Is there any real difference between the Vengeance 2000 headset and the new 2100 model?

I have three sets of the 2000. I can be a little rough but none of them have broken and all work perfectly. Considering a pair of the 2100 for my next set. I saw a pretty good review that had a capsule on differences between other corsair headsets and the 2100:

The major difference is that is transmits and receives on a 2.4 and is a different color and beefier in a few spots.
