So im building a new gaming pc and my budget is around 1200 euros so my question is :
Should i go for the 770 but without an ssd or chose 760 and put an 180 gb intel ssd?

Rest of the specs :

CPU : i5 3570k 3.40Ghz
Mobo : ASROCK FATAL1TY z77 performance
Ram : Gskill dual channel 8gb (2x4) 1600 mhz
Case : Coolermaster HAF midi tower black
Cpu cooling : coolermaster hyper 212 evo
Power supply : IN WIN GREENME 80PLUS BRONZE PSU 750W

Plus : would a 750W PSU suffice for a 770 or should i uprgade?

Yes. It is far than enough for one 770
You will be fine with 650-700 watts
SSD improves loading times, not perfomance. Its up to you...
