I don't know much about computers so this is probably a very stupid question. I have packard bell EasyNote TE69KB, and I do not know how to open its CD drive, because it doesn't have one of those eject buttons that all my previously used computers used to have.

Right click on it in my computer then press eject.

According to your manual (direct PDF link here http://global-download.packardbell.com/GDFiles/Document... TE69KB&OS=8cn1&LC=en&BC=Packard Bell&SC=EMEA_27P ) page 21 the button to eject/open the optical drive tray is right in the middle of the optical drive. There is also an emergency hole you can use a paperclip in to open the tray (with computer off) around the same location

Simple solution.
There isn't a CD drive in the computer.
I own one too.

Not a rule, here's what the manual has to say, "Note: Depending on configuration, your system may not be equipped
with an optical (CD/DVD) drive." It would seem you have a model version without optical drive
