Need budget Headset for Gaming/Music bit bass heavy

I am noob in tthese fields and read at lot of places but couldn't find a good answer.
Actually i need a good gaming/music headset with surround sound but i read at few places that rather than getting a surround sound gaming headset one sud get a good headset with good soundstage and combine it with a good surround sound software and use clip on mic so i want to know what should i do and i can compromise on looks and build quality but headset should have good bass and am from india so brands like astro,turtle beach are not easily available and my budget is around Rs.6,000 i.e. $ 100 . And what about connection sud it be 3.5mm or usb ones
so plz plz plz i need ur help urgently

I have currently started to look at razer after a long time of not owning anything from them.
The kraken headphones come in
49$ for standard kraken wiht no mic.
69$ for kraken pro (mic included)
and 100$ for the kraken pro 7.1.

These have a very good quality, excelent bass and digital surround. The razer software is actually really simple to use aswell.
THe mic is retractable and it has a switch for On/Off.
They are USB and have a braded cord, wich actually lasts long.
