will my pc spec run with this graphics card

Hi at the moment my pc specs are

motherboard....Asus P8Z77-V LX

intel core i5 3570k.3.4Ghz (not overclock)

Cpu cooler...Cooler master Hyper TX3

Ram 8gb Corsair (2x4)

GPU...Asus Gtx 660ti...

So i wanna upgrade my graphics to GTX 770 3gb or 4gb if i can ...will these pc spec be ok and what settings will i be able to run BF4 on ,@ the mo for BF3 im running med/high 60fps and temp is about 60c

You can run bf4 on ultra with a gtx 770 for sure so it is more then okay for you to upgrade your video card as long as you have a power supply with at least 42amps on a single 12v rail, You will see no bottlenecking at all but you really should look into overclocking your processor at some point in time.
As long as you run 1920x1080p you should see no lag

that would be great if a 3gb 770 existed. you either mean 2gb 770 or 3gb 780. another option is to sli the 660ti, which would beat out a 770. in fact a 2x 660ti sli setup trades blows with the titan.
