Hi everyone I am building my first computer build and I am wondering if what I want to get would be good for gaming/music production.
So Far I have decided on getting:
-AMD FX 8350
-Sabertooth 990fx
-Rosewill Blackhawk Case
As for the rest of the components I definitely want to get a 770 for gaming purposes (ill be gaming at 1080p) although I do not know which brand or exact model I should get. I also know I want to get 8gb of ram to begin with, again not too sure about which specifically I will get. as for the hard drive I know I want a 1 TB hard drive to start off with.
Now here comes my biggest concerns. Over the past several days I have been going back and forth on if I either want return the Sabertooth 990 FX in order to get an Intel based MoBo instead as I keep on reading good and bad things for the 8350. I know within a year I want to sli the 770 but I am also worried that the 8350 might not be good for music production either.
If anyone wants to help me out that would be great as the Sabertooth will be delivered very soon to my apartment.
Also if anyone recommends an intel board I do want it within the 159.99 range as tthat is my budget for the mobo. I also want usb 3.0 ports on the MoBo too. Thanks!
