Hi
I have recently had problems with my laptop and its packed up on me. so after countless try's at repairing it, i came to the conclusion that i should remove it from my laptop (dell xps 15 l502x) and connect it to my parents PC and recover my files (cut my losses). but when i connect it it isn't being recognised by windows 7 professional. the BOIS recognises it and i can hear and feel it working....but windows does not see it. how can i get windows to recognise? (The hard disk is a 500GB, sata, 7200rpm) Thanks for your help
