Hey I am in the process of building my computer but I have one major problem. It has to be capable of being put on a plane as a carry on while going to and from college. Shipping is not an option because it is too expensive. Thanks for the help.

mITX is definitely one possibility. The aforementioned case is an excellent suggestion, so is the BitFenix Prodigy. But even those cases might be limited to airline carry on restrictions. You might want to think about purchasing a carrying case like this and then checking it in as oversize luggage: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/15632/han-52/G-Vans_L...

So what happens if I check something as oversized luggage?

You'll just have to pay whatever the minimum oversize bag fee is. Most airlines it's pretty reasonable but if you go over a certain limit (Delta, United, and American charge around the ~$50 - ~$75 range, varies depending on weright) it can get a bit expensive.
