if im an ideot just tell me but give a reason why :)

thank you to any one that can help

Let`s go through it.

24 pin Atx connected from psu to motherboard.

Four pin 12v connected for cpu from Psu To motherboard.
Note (if not connected no beep black screen fans just spin).

Connecting will resolve problem of no bios post screen or beeps.

Extra Pci-E power from the psu to the 7850 graphics card.

Are all connected yes or no.

So all the power is connected right, good.

Next test a single memory module in the memory slots provided.
See if it boots.
If not swap it for the other one then test for a boot.
If it does the same I doubt it is memory related, but you have to check as one memory module gone bad may be the cause of not booting.

Make sure it is seated right in the memory slots.

If you get no joy.

Then you should try to reset the bios back to default settings from the two jumper pins on the motherboard.

If it still does not boot after a bios rest.

Then you may have to check that the cpu has been fitted into, or is in right of the FM2 cpu socket.

If all of that does not work.
Then it may be a case that the bios firmware version of your board does not support the athlon x4 760k
as it stands.

A bios update may be required before the board will work with the cpu.
I`m a bit worried by what it says on the bios update page.

* Please use Trinity CPU to update BIOS before changing to Richland CPU.
That tells me if the bios version is lower than 2.2 it was never going to work with the
Richland CPU. and is the whole problem of the black screen and no posting.

If your bios version is 1.7 you need a trinity chip to install minimum bios 2.0 to support the Richland cpu. I have a feeling it may be the case.

http://uk.msi.com/product/mb/FM2-A85XMA-E35.html#/?div=BIOS

There are two pins at the bottom of the board, the white writing should say : JBAT1

You need to bridge the two pins together for about ten seconds.
flat screwdriver tip can be used.

Release.
Then power the system on see if it boots.

If it does not, then i suspect it is related to the fact the bios version of the board is 1.7.

A version of 1.7 of the bios does not support a Richland cpu, the one you have. x4 760k

It will require a bios version of 2.0 to run a Richland cpu.

That means in order to get the board working with the cpu.

You would have to fit a Trinity based cpu or APU in order to upgrade the bios to be able to use the Cpu you have.
