Hi this is my first time posting on Tomshardware and I am planning on building my first gaming desktop myself and i was wondering if anyone sees any potential issues that i may have missed. The price on average buying the parts regular seem to be around 1265 but i have found most parts discounted at various places and it seems i could build it for around 800. The components are.......

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850 850watt PSU

Aerocool Xpredator X3 Devil Red Edition Case

Corsair 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ram 2x8GB

intel core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4Ghz Quad Core Processor

Sapphire 100352-4L Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 PCI-Express Video Card with Boost

Gigabyte Technology GA-Z77x-UD5H, LGA 1155, intel motherboard

Western Digital WD Black 1TB 7200RPM Sata 6Gb/s HDD

Lite-On internal 24x cd/dvd drive

Thermaltake NiC F4 (CLP0606) 120mm CPU Cooler

any insite to possible problems or if it seems pretty solid for the price please let me know and thank you in advance.

Solution
I would recommend getting 8GB of RAM, get a 3570K and a decent cooler so you can do any major overclocking if ever needed.
16GB of ram really isn't needed if all you will be doing pure gaming. 16GB only works well if you render YouTube videos etc.

i was planning on possibly getting a second radeon hd 7950 and setting it up CF at some point so wanted a PSU that was a little overkill so i would never have to worry about needin to upgrade it if i want to add or do upgrades. plus i might be getting that PSU for only about 60 bucks so i figured why pass it up :) also why drop from a UD5H to a UD3H? And as far as cooling i know the case only lists the2 fans but i was already planning on adding more fans. Ive had Nvidia cards ove heat and such in past so i deffinately aware of the need for good arflow for cooling.

what do you mean 16gb only works well if you render youtube videos and such? do you mean just that there is no need for 16gb? and to be honest i dont think i would over clock at all because ive never done it and id be too worried about messing up and screwig up the system when i build it lol.
