How to test a Cooler master power supply

Hard to answer your question without knowing all of your system components, unless you know how to use and have a voltmeter or an oscilloscope to check the different power lines going to the motherboard. Otherwise, as badboyrog mentioned, only other alternative would be to connect a known good PSU of sufficient wattage to run your build.

yes exactly...my mobo light glows....when i turn on my cabinet light glows and suddenly it goes off same thing happens.....dono
