i7-3770k is overheating

hi i am new to desktop computers.i have recently purchased i7-3770k.for one week i used stock heatsink with that i normally got 40c to 45c on idle and 80+ on load.So i decided to purchase cm v6gt.now i am using v6gt which is giving me 55 to 58C on idle and 83+ on load my room temp in summer is normaly about 36 to 40c.i have checked aiar flow and both fans are working heatsink is instaled properly.so plz help me thank you
full system.
cm scout 2 casing.
i7-3770k (with v6gt
kingston hyperx 16 gb.
intel DH77EB MOBO.
Asus Gtx760.
corsaire VS550 PSU.

Your thermal paste is probably not good. I would clean it with Isopropyl alcohol and use some new thermal paste, something like this -

Certainly perform the above steps. But if you are overclocking or not can make a huge difference.

What is the frequency and voltage of the chip?

If it is on auto, it usually uses too much voltage.

There should be plenty of places that can post thermal paste to you.

If you didnt clean off and apply new paste then its most likely that.

If you email/call them, they actually ship pretty much anywhere. I know people in India who have bought from them.

ali hassan bahi i have same issue but i apply my cm thermal past "which is on available in pk" and after 1.2 day my temperature get's normal so apply thermal past in small amount and properly ! ok hope this solve your problem !
