Windows XP indicates that there is a virus

So as you can see in the title is my hard drive where Windows XP is installed: is been infected with a virus with the Blue Screen Of Death. i don't know how to fix it. safe mode is not possible!!!

Please Help me.

Using another computer with AV installed, take out the infected HD and connect to other computer and scan / disinfect.

Blue screen of death never says there is a virus. It only reports hardware or configuration errors. This sounds like one of those malware's that tries to get you to purchase their antivirus software.

what happens if you try and boot with a different HD installed?............. any HD. same thing?

I have also a Hard Drive with Windows Vista, but there is a another thread about it. i checked the another HD, but if i click F8 for boot menu, i can't see the HD with Windows Vista, the F8 Boot menu gives Floppydisk ( but i don't have one in my computer! )And a 16x CD/DVD Drive.

you have to disable floppy in the boot sequence. machine is looking for it and it isn't there.............. find boot order in BIOS. make HD first/dvd second/3rd hit disable................ that should set it up right and have the machine not look for floppy............... what happens?
