I'm in the market for a 3tb HDD preferably to run game off of and potentially use a WMC's DVR drive.
I hear so many poor things about seagates drive but I have had nothing but very good experiences on the other hand with WD I have had nothing but dead drives after only a years of use.
I have narrowed it down to these 3, (unless someone can change my mind);
Rip the drive out of the enclosure;
