I have a Phenom II X6 processor on a MSI 760GM-e43 MOB in a Rosewill R519-BK Case, and I need to replace the very noisy CPU HSF. I am a newbie to all of this so ideally I am looking for a hsf that will not require me removing the MOB and I do not have access to the back side of the processor. Can I just replace the stock fan with a much quieter one if so which one? or is there an aftermarket HSF that will just snap into place on my processor that will fit in my case?

Whether or not you need to remove the MoBo depends on your case design. Most cases have a MoBo tray with a large hole in it to allow exactly this procedure. Since your case apparently does not provide such access, your options are very limited.
