Dual-Monitor Black Boarder Problems

I currently have 2 hp 23xi monitors that I bought to have a dual monitor setup.

When I plug them in to my msi 7950 twin frozr, 1 of the two will display in 1920 x 1080 and the other will as well, but it will have a black border around it. I have a DVI, mini display-port to hdmi, and a HDMI cable and no matter what combination I use the box always persists on one of the screens.

This is incredibly frustrating and I'd like to setup eyefinity in the future but I'd like to sort this out before purchasing another monitor. Any suggestions?

I run windows 7 if that makes any difference.

Solution
Is it only one monitor that does the border - or both (try switching them) - if the settings on the monitor have been modified, it could be a manual screen adjustment that needs to be done (reset to factory if it is available).

I should have searched before I posted, but I had no clue how to word it. This thread solved my problem, it was the underscan-overscan feature in Catalyst Control Center
