A few weeks ago, I was playing BF3, BL:R, ARMA 2, and Dishonored at 60+ FPS. A while later, my father fiddled with the core frequencies on the AMD FX 6100 (6 core). Next thing you know, the games need to be set to the LOWEST graphical setting possible to even run. It runs at 5-10 FPS, stalls every now and then, and my computer slowed down at least 30%. By stalling, I mean it'll freeze, the audio will repeat quickly about 3-4 times, and play again. However, it does that every 10-20 seconds or so. Help will be appreciated.
