Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H or Asus Z87M-PLUS? (opinions)

Hello ... Please....I need opinions and advices about on these mothers:
Gigabyte GA-Z87MX-D3H or Asus Z87M-PLUS.
The mother go with an Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz (3.8Ghz Turbocharger Boost) with 2x8gb DDR3 2133mhz.
I hope could you advise me in the purchase.

The Asus is the better mobo of the two, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87 chipset of the mobo manufacturers

Those mobos are microATX.... I have an Alternative. Change to ATX for a few difference of money (40 u$d for latinAmerica )... for example the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H or the ASUS Z87-A.
What do you think now? Asus even continues being a better option for Performance... OC... and quality?

Which of these parameters is not applicable to the Gigabyte? Doesn‘t the Gigabyte have the same overclocking potential? I also to choose between those two and new to this overcloking thing. Don‘t they use the same codec?
