Hi guys,

I recently got a GTX 690 and tried using it with my computer.

I tried first with an Antec Neopower 650w PSU. The computer started, the fan on the GTX 690 went to maximum, but no display was provided. The light-up text on the side of the card lit up fine.

I tried then with a Corsair 750w PSU. The issue persisted.

I've been looking online and people are saying that no display could be due to the onboard video. However, apparently disabling the onboard video on the P8Z68-V Gen3 motherboard isn't possible, you can only select the primary adapter. Tried setting it to PCI-E, kept going back to auto.

The computer posts to Windows (at least I think it does, the lights on the keyboard seem to indicate it), but with no display.

Am I to assume I have a dead GPU on my hands?

Thank you.
