Major Problem With My System Please Help!!

Hey, im having a major problem with my system! Im not getting any display on my screen when I boot with all the components in. Everything lights up as normal but nothing happens. I've tried with different monitors and connections (VGA, DVI and HDMI) still nothing? When I press the MemOkay! but on the motherboard it just flashed constantly. FYI Some pins on the CPU are slightly bent. I haven't performed a BIOS Update on the motherboard either

My System:
M5a97 r2.0 MotherBoard
GTX 650 Graphics Card
2GB stick Kingston 1333 MGhz DDR3
AMD FX-6300

Hi,
There's a barcode sticker on the motherboard. The last 4 digits stand for the BIOS version. Check if supporting the CPU.

It does support the CPU.
I think it's the bent pins issue (faulty contacts maybe). Can you try different CPU, or RMA the 6300?

unfortunately I don't! I think i may have a dud cpu because the pins aren't really bent at all, some are just slightly off place

Then try connecting an internal case speaker to the motherboard and start the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed. You should get 1 long 2 short beeps. If no beeps, then I think it's the CPU.
