Noob questions about OC GPU

You can OC your gpu.
Both are really easy.
Here you must look one build. Maybe you get an idea by looking this "test" build.

No. Now you can buy really cheap intel xeon 1230V2 / xeon 1230V3 cpu and they work really fast ,cooler and takes less wattage than K serie cpu. So any build is better buy with xeon than 3570k or 4670k. Fast , silent ,cool, really reliable,stable.. You neme it.. It is just better.
It di have HT + 8treads so it is like a i7 for price i5

And cheap. Because you do NOT need OC able MoBo or huge cooler. Sure you can buy huge coolerand you get build without any fans needed. So go for it

I meant 3.Is it worth to OC gpu?(i won't oc cpu because my mobo is cheap and don't have cpu cooler)
If i don't need oc capable mobo and cpu cooler(ofc) oc-ing gpu doesn't require extra costs?
Yes you canOC gpu. Best buy CPU if you do not want to OC is xeon.

Yes. Asus DCU is good silent cooler as well. But as you did see in that Zotac review.
Even that do have good silent cooler. And OC good.
You can buy GPU aftermarket cooler too. If you want.
I think Prolimatech makes coolers.
I use mostly water coolrs so I do not know all air cooler tricks
